Lee is a Colorado native who currently lives in Vail, Colorado. After graduating from the University of Colorado, he served in an AmeriCorps organization in Denver called City Year which strives to empower young students to realize their potential, no matter what obstacles they may face. During this time Lee worked in a public middle school as a teacher assistant in four, 6th grade English classes, where he mentored and tutored students in reading and writing. During the winter months, Lee works at Vail Valley Medical Center as an EMT, and has spent the last 2 summer seasons as a deckhand for a commercial salmon fishing boat in Bristol Bay, Alaska. When not busy working, or leading programs for ARCC, you can usually find Lee in the back-country, snowboarding, backpacking to remote fishing spots, or on a bike.
